Even though it isn’t even officially Winter yet & won’t be for a few weeks, it has definitely been feeling like Winter for a month already! Ohio has been frigid, guys. Frigid. But we won’t even complain when it gives us gorgeous backdrops like the ones for Lauren & Pat’s “Fall” engagement session! The dusting of snow was lovely amidst the Fall leaves. And Lauren & Pat are really fun to hang out with; we love talking with them about traveling & about being weird. . . two of our favorite things. haha!
These two are happy to say that they met on Tinder. They’re both adventurous & love to share new experiences. They’ve been together a little over a year & they’ve already been to a ton of country concerts & have traveled to many different places together; their most recent trip was to Austin, TX & they loved the food & the sights (even though it rained most of the time). 
But even if they’re just hanging out doing something low key, they’re still always smiling & being their most authentically weird & koooky selves- LOVE IT! 
There’s something extra special about Lanterman’s Mill in Mill Creek Park when there’s snow on the ground and it’s decorated for Christmas. It’s straight out of a Hallmark Christmas movie or something.
And this is THE spot where Pat proposed to Lauren. Spoiler alert- she did say yes. 
I may or may not have busted out my ridiculous dance moves while Josh took this one. 
This is definitely among my personal favorites. That mixture of Fall & Winter is magical.
And these two are too cute nestled amongst the holly branches. 
When they received their engagement photos, Lauren wrote to us to say she loved them & was really happy that we caught them doing one of the things they love to do together most- laugh. So stinkin’ sweet! We’ve certainly found that laughter is one of the most important pieces to a lasting & happy marriage. 
Pat requested at least one of his signature poses. haha!
Woohoo! Happy December, Lauren & Pat! We wish you both a Merry Christmas & we’re very excited for your wedding next September! We wish you lots of laughter, traveling, and country concerts until then! Cheers!
