Kendal & Dominic are married & we couldn’t be happier for these two high school sweethearts to finally make this thing official after 9 years of dating & being so well-suited for one another. We already said this on our Instagram, but we absolutely loved hearing their family members & friends gush about them and how perfect they are for each other on their wedding day. It was so uplifting hearing all of the ways that these two care for one another & make one another happy. Their wedding took place at St. Michael’s in Canfield & the huge church was PACKED full of supporters wanting to see these two exchange vows. Then the reception was at St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center in Austintown & that place was absolutely transformed with the beautiful decor & the ambiance of joy that lilted between guests as they ate delicious food, drank tasty beverages, and danced the night away (seriously that huge dance floor was FULL!). Kendal & Dom are elated & overjoyed & getting to be there to photograph that energy was amazing! We’re so happy for you guys! Thank you so much for having us be part of your day & take photographs that will tell the story of your first day of marriage for a century to come! I started off this glorious wedding day with the bride & her bridesmaids at Magnolia’s on the Green in Canfield for hair & makeup. They did a fabulous job, as always! They’re so fun & friendly there!Josh was with the groom & the groomsmen at the Courtyard Marriott in Canfield.
Dom suiting up in his Rondinelli Tux!Kendal is a ray of sunshine. I know that sounds cheesy, but it’s seriously one of the best ways I can think to describe her. She warms up any room she walks into with her positive spirit, outgoing facial expressions, goofy sense of humor, and fun-loving manner. She’s definitely in the perfect career for her as an educator because she has a servant’s heart & so much love for others. When she put her wedding dress on she looked regal. So stunning in every way. Kendal & Dom decided on a no-look first “look” at the church before their wedding ceremony. They both wanted to talk before they walked down the aisle to prepare their hearts for the big moment of vowing forever together, but they didn’t want to see each other until she was walking down the aisle on her daddy’s arm. They laughed, they chatted for a bit, and then they prayed together. Talk about an emotional moment that they’ll remember forever! And then the feels just kept on coming with a daddy-daughter first look. OH MY GOODNESS. So much emotion and love can be felt through these stills. No one was immune to the tears that day. There’s NOTHING like that Just Married feeling! It’s a natural high.We stopped by Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park for some bridal party & bride & groom portraits on our way to the reception. This group was hilarious & great looking. And we loved those bridesmaids dresses! And how about those gorgeous bouquets by Jenny from The Willows by Wehr?! She’s an artist! These two not only look like they just stepped out of a bridal magazine, but they’re two of the kindest hearted & most genuine people we know. The Best Man speech got it right when he talked about Dom’s integrity & the Maid of Honor speech got it right when she talked about how much Kendal’s amazing personality shines through everywhere she goes. They both make everyone they talk to feel like the most important person in the room. The detailing on the back of that dress- ALL the heart eyes! We couldn’t hear what she said she was most excited about for the rest of the wedding day, but it must’ve been good judging by Dominic’s smile.Oh, not to mention, the weather forecast for their day was pretty iffy, but we dodged the rain & only got slightly sprinkled on while at the Rose Gardens. Everything worked out wonderfully! On wedding days, we usually hear lots of guests remark how beautiful the bride is & how handsome the groom is, but we heard lots of people call Dominic “hot” on his wedding day. You can be the judge of that. . . we KNOW Kendal agrees! hehe.We think they’re a hot couple. . . just sayin!
And just as we were finishing up bride & groom portraits, the sprinkles started to come down.If someone makes you laugh like this, hold on tight. And this reception! So absolutely lovely in every way! The Willows by Wehr- you gotta book her! Samantha at Rulli Bros. made their wedding cake.Kendal’s sister Abby gave the sweetest Maid of Honor toast! Hearing their memories of growing up together was very heartwarming. And I love that Kendal used to choose Row, Row, Row Your Boat as her wedding song when they played Wedding as little girls.Dan, Dom’s Best Man’s, toast was full of funny jokes, but also very heartfelt & caring.Dominic & his mom shared a spotlight dance.Kendal & her dad started off for a few seconds slow dancing & then blew the crowd away with this adorable surprise groovy dance. It was so much fun! Seriously, every single guest in the crowd was smiling from ear to ear.And then guests danced & partied the night away with Kevin from Music Man DJ Services at the helm.Oh, these two! We know there’s lots of fun & adventure in store for their marriage. We can’t wait to see what unfolds in your lives together, Kendal & Dom!
