Natalie & Stefano enjoyed the most beautiful Pittsburgh Botanic Garden wedding this past Saturday; the weather was perfect, their family members & friends were so supportive and full of love, and everything around them was beautiful. Although the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden was an ideal venue that surrounded them by beauty throughout their wedding day, they could’ve gotten married in a back alley surrounded by garbage cans, and these two would not have stopped smiling and being joyful. That’s just who they are. They are so well-suited for one another & everyone around them can see that just by how they look at each other. Their love story is absolutely beautiful & we feel really blessed that we got to be the ones to photograph the first day of their marriage. Natalie got her Kenneth Winston gown at Bridal Beginnings. It was stunning on her.You lovely blog readers will know I always recommend Sin Pretty Beauty for bridal hair and makeup.Oh my goodness, Natalie radiates joy and love and beauty. I loved being around her on her wedding day and wish we could hang out more often.Natalie & Stefano’s precious girl Cara had to make an appearance in wedding photos just like she did in engagement photos! Natalie and her mama are so sweet. The guys were ready to go so Josh took a few groomsmen shots before the first look. Aren’t they looking great? And then it was time for the first look! We LOVE first looks so much! Just look at how they look at each other & at all the emotion you can witness in these images. Just wow. I couldn’t love these more! Flowers by Alex’s East End Floral Shoppe. Stunning!I can’t get over these two! Josh said “They just go together.” They do! They have an easy, best friend vibe & it’s awesome! Great looking group! We really enjoyed hanging with these folks! Most of them were family members & a couple were great friends. All sizes of bridal parties are great, but we’ve found throughout the years that intimate bridal parties who are really, truly close to the bride & groom are usually the most fun ones! Of course, that’s a generalization and big or small bridal parties can both rock, but we’re just being honest in our 9 years of experience! What a gorgeous wedding ceremony location that Pittsburgh Botanic Garden can boast! Love it!All the feels in this moment as she walked down the aisle. Their music on their wedding day was really personalized & meant so much to both of them as a couple. Their ceremony was also really personalized. Their officiant told anecdotes of how they met & fun things they love to do together. He also shared words from both Natalie & Stefano that they had written during premarital counseling. Almost every person in attendance at their wedding ceremony was teary-eyed. These two love each other & their future together is going to be beautiful.Stefano’s sister introduced Natalie & Stefano after meeting Natalie in college. Seeing her so emotional and happy to have her brother marrying Natalie was extremely sweet and heartwarming. Ahhh, the whole day was just wonderful!Their handfasting ceremony was also a beautiful thing- I’m sounding like a broken record at this point, but it’s true! This day was something special in so many ways.Adorable nephew alert! Those thighs! Don’t we all wish our chunky thighs could look so adorable. lol! After the ceremony, we took some relaxed and quick family photos. We love these moments between Natalie & her parents. And what a beautiful crew! This space is lovely and Natalie and her bridal party did a great job with decorating.Natalie & Stefano love Ireland & Scotland and Game of Thrones and so they went with it! Their wedding day details reflected their interests and was (Again! I know I’m being repetitive.) really personal and special. Pastries A-La-Carte made their wedding cake. Don’t go to their website if you’re on a diet. ha!And, of course, they had a Pittsburgh/Youngstown cookie table!Fireside Events did a great job with organizing the reception timeline and with DJing and MCing the event! The reception flowed nicely & they were really helpful to everyone else they were working alongside to make the event successful! Thanks, Fireside Events! After they cut their wedding cake, they had a surprise cake for Natalie’s mom because it was her birthday. Everyone got to sing her happy birthday, which was super sweet. And their first dance was über romantic, which was not a surprise knowing these two.
As if we needed yet another reason to love Natalie & Stefano, they scheduled in specific time in their reception itinerary for sunset portraits! If you’re getting married & you want epic photos, DO THIS! You’ll be happy you did! Natalie & Stefano, you two are amazing!Natalie & Stefano, thank you so much for trusting us with your wedding day memories & for choosing us! We are super excited to see where this life will take you both as you enjoy the adventure & the journey that is a lifelong marriage! Cheers & congrats again!
