We got to photograph Sara & Aaron’s engagement session on the campus of the college where Sara spent six years for her undergrad & her Master’s and where Sara & Aaron first met and got engaged. Bethany College is a small Liberal Arts school in West Virginia tucked away amidst rolling hills & curvy roads with gorgeous scenery that rivals even the most beautiful places in the world. Jason Aldean had it right in his song “Flyover States.” They truly do hold the most picturesque sites of this great country. Sara was a sorority member while she attended Bethany & Aaron just so happened to have gotten dragged to a party at her sorority house with one of his friends. He wasn’t thrilled about it, but he went along anyway never realizing that he’d meet the love of his life & his future wife that evening. One of the first people he met that night was Sara & he even joked to his friend that he shouldn’t expect Aaron to remember any other names but Sara. Aaron was immediately very attracted to her, but he didn’t say anything about it until the next day. He told his friend he liked Sara & Sara told her friend that she liked Aaron. How cute, right?! They started dating & realized that they loved one another & wanted to get married. Aaron proposed to Sara at Bethany College on the day that she graduated grad school. So how fitting that they had their engagement session there!

They’re SO bright and SO blue!Camo had to be the star of the show for a few photos.And a huge shout out & thanks to Aaron for his service in the Army Reserves.Dang, the glowy sunlight that day was spot on!Sara & Aaron, thanks for choosing us as your photographers!
