You blog readers are lucky duckies as of late because we’ve been bringin’ it with the super fun engagement sessions! We LOVE engagement sessions and getting caught up on blogging them over the past couple of weeks has been a blast because it has made us even more excited for the 2020 wedding photography season! 2020 is our 10th wedding season, which is mind blowing! And we have a (to quote the Disney show Puppy Dog Pals) “super duper extra overly excited” feeling about this upcoming season! (Hey, we have two toddlers and two of our own pugs at home so Puppy Dog Pals is a hit around here lol). Sorry not sorry for ALL of the exclamation points in this blog. haha. Anyway, today we get to share Brielle & Mark’s Youngstown and Canfield engagement session & you’re going to love it because Brielle & Mark are a lovable couple. They’ve been together for more than half of their lives at this point and they finish each other’s sentences & can even act as one another’s arms (you’ll see what we mean…). They’re from different home towns, but she moved to a neighboring school to Mark’s in sixth grade. They met through mutual friends and dated all through high school. Mark is a romantic sweetheart & showed up at Brielle’s parents’ house with a rose to ask her to be his girlfriend. I mean…how stinkin’ adorable is that?! We’re really looking forward to their wedding day because they’ve had a long engagement due to attending grad school and we know they’re both just so overjoyed to be finally making it official with all of their best friends and family by their sides! 
These two both went to YSU so they wanted some engagement photos downtown since it has been such an important part of their lives and relationship. Mark played football in college & Brielle played softball. 
This color coordination was on point! And their smiles are perfect. They light each other up.

There’s a really great story about their proposal & that ring in Mark’s sock going through airport security. . .
They went on vacation to St. Pete beach (their fav) in Florida for Spring Break one year and Mark had the engagement ring in his sock unbeknownst to Brielle, of course. He was mentally freaking out because he kept thinking Brielle was going to find out somehow, but he made it through. Then they got to their place on the beach & Brielle said looking back on the whole thing now, she can see that Mark was acting really weird and must’ve been nervous about everything going smoothly because he was making a big deal about them getting dressed up to take a photo together on the beach at sunset, but Brielle thought they were also planning on going for a run together after sunset so she kept asking him why it was so important that she get dressed up before going for a run. She also almost got into Mark’s bag for something right before they left for the beach that day and he quickly snatched it away from her, which she thought was very strange. All of the odd behavior made complete sense when he got down on one knee on the beach at sunset & asked her to marry him. 
We’re so excited to see these two as a bride & groom! And we’re looking forward to seeing Mark’s family again! We photographed his big brother’s wedding a few years back & we love them! 
And this awesomeness is what I was referring to earlier. LOL!
