“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” Those wise words are found in Colossians 3:23 of the New Testament of the Bible.
And isn’t that just some of the best advice you’ve ever heard?!
We want to encourage you today & as we enter the season of setting goals for the New Year ahead. You’re successful when you give it your all and when you work toward your dreams with all of your heart. Maybe there’s something you’ve been wanting to try or something you’ve been wanting to start, but you’re letting fear get in your way. But the thing is, fear is not real! Fear comes from our own minds so all we need to do to silence those doubtful feelings is to push them aside & replace them with positive mantras & affirmations. You’re enough! And you’ve got this!
We want to encourage you to write down your goals & dreams for 2017 (and beyond). Better yet, make a vision board so you can truly *ahem* visualize (lol) your goals as full realized. People who set goals & write them down are much more likely to achieve them than people who do not. We know that setting goals can be daunting. But we think you should look at it as EXCITING! It’s a new slate. There are new opportunities. With God, you can do anything. With God, nothing is impossible. Better said, with God, everything is possible.
Set those goals. Dream those dreams. Then work at them with ALL of your HEART. Good things will come. We’re 100% sure of that! Romans 8:28 tells us so- “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
