Erica & Chris had a blast of a wedding day. They brought the heat from Texas where they both live & are teachers. Their family members & friends could not stop gushing about them & they had nothing but great things to say about them as individuals & as a couple. Everyone is very happy that they found each other & were all honored to be a part of the wedding day. One of the first things Erica & Chris did as a couple was go on a really long roadtrip across the country- talk about brave! They were either going to have a really great time & realize they were definitely right for each other or they were going to be completely annoyed with each other & not be able to wait until they got back. As you can see since they’re now husband & wife, they had a fabulous time together & pretty much knew from then on that they made a great pair. I met the bride & her bridesmaids at The Salon at Creekside in Canfield.
Her makeup artist from Elixir Beauty & Barber Shop came to her at the Holiday Inn.Josh was with Chris & the groomsmen just down the hallway at the Holiday Inn.Her ruffly, blush shoes were so cute! And that ruffly clutch tied right in.Erica & Chris wanted to talk & exchange gifts before the ceremony, but they didn’t want to see one another so we arranged that in the church- Trinity United Methodist in Youngstown, Ohio. She got some pretty pearl earrings from Tiffany. And he got Mario Kart- game, wheels, and all!The ceremony was lovely. After family formals at the church, we stopped by Suzie’s Dogs & Drafts downtown. Chris & Erica are pretty much the best bride & groom ever- they treated their bridal party to corndogs & beverages before they headed to Fellows Riverside Gardens for photos. These two are so dang adorable together it’s unreal.“S” for their new last name? Sure! This is too much fun.Erica- you are gorgeous! C & C Ribbon Co. did the wedding day flowers. And that Vera Wang gown? Amazing. It was rather fateful how they met. Erica is from the Youngstown area & Chris is from the Western Pennsylvania area. Erica graduated with her teaching degree & decided to venture to Texas for a job. Chris did the same. And there they met & they couldn’t be more well-suited for one another.Mr. Anthony’s looked beautiful with all of the bright & vibrant wedding day details. I Do So You Don’t Have To made the chairs look pretty.
Their fun DJ & master of ceremonies, Bryan Ladd Productions, also provided the gorgeous uplighting. You can check him out on Facebook. You’ve heard us say it before on our blog & we’ll keep repeating ourselves to get the word out- UPLIGHTING! DO IT! It completely transforms a venue & makes it your own to fit with your wedding day colors & theme.Gray Barn Baking did the cute wedding cake. These were a cute surprise from Erica to Chris. They’re cake pops made to look like meatballs because Chris’ nickname is meatball.I love how much fun they have together & how much they laugh.Erica’s dad was a fun guy & is definitely proud of his daughters.Chris’ mom was great, too. She can play a mean air guitar. This reception was such a fun celebration. At one point, we’re pretty sure everyone in there was on the dance floor, which doesn’t happen very often at wedding receptions. Chris’ friends remarked that he’d been planning his wedding reception music playlist since he was a kid. Their DJ did a great job keeping everyone moving & Chris’ song selections were a lot of fun.Out came the glowsticks. Chris & Erica passed them out like candy. The aforementioned air guitar.Erica & Chris, thanks for being so much fun & for selecting us as your wedding photographers. We had a great time with you, your friends, and your family. We hope you’re having a blast playing Mario Kart & living that ever-so-amazing married life down in Texas!

I loved your pictures but I have one correction for you….I Do So You Don’t Have To (which is my bridal company) did the chair covers and Center of Attention did the centerpieces. Unfortunately you stated that Center of Attention made the chairs look beautiful. Hopefully you can correct this. Thanks!
