Jamie & Tyler support each other through everything, stood by each other and fought for the beauty of their relationship during the few years that it had to be long-distance because of school, laugh often together, rescue animals together, and conquer anything that life throws their way. . . together. Their wedding day was gorgeous in every way- the weather was spectacularly beautiful; she was stunning in her gorgeous lacy, belted, delicate, open-back, soft, feminine wedding gown; he beamed as she walked toward him down the aisle; and their guests shared in their joy every step of the way. Not only do Jamie & Tyler love one another, but their families love one another, as well. Their grandparents have known each other for years, their parents are friends, and their entire family is now very happy to be joined by the marriage of their children. It’s fairytale-esque, no? We were very happy to be a part of it all!
Jenny & her fabulous team at The Willows by Wehr made the bouquets and centerpieces. They always do a tremendous job. Jenny is truly passionate about her work & it always shines through!
The handkerchiefs on the bouquet wrap belonged to Jamie’s grandmother. They were her something old & her something blue when she walked down the aisle.
Gorgeous! Just wait until you see the varied shades of blush on the bridesmaids paired with these beautiful bouquets!Â
The cabin where Jamie & her bridesmaids were getting ready for the wedding day was built by her cousin’s grandfather. Jamie’s mom said it was pretty special to see it hanging there.
As usual, while I was with the ladies, Josh was with the men.
The wedding ceremony took place at St. Blaise Catholic Church in Midland, Pennsylvania.Â
After the lovely ceremony, we headed to The Links at Firestone Farms to take some photos with the bridal party & with Jamie & Tyler for the creative bride/groom session. Don’t you just LOVE this wedding party’s look?! Jamie let each bridesmaid choose her own dress.
Jamie made a breathtaking bride!
These two are sweet & romantic together. Tyler knows he has a treasure in Jamie.
Laughter on your wedding day = always a good thing.
I love the back of her dress!!Â
The centerpieces & rustic decor were lovely. The Willows by Wehr incorporated burlap elements, lace, blush florals, mason jars, baby’s breath, pearls, ribbons, and lanterns.Â
Das Dutch Haus made their pretty cake. And they made their grand entrance into the wedding reception as wife & husband!
And shared their first dance as newlyweds to “Then the Right One Comes Along” by Striking Matches.
Jamie & her dad:
Tyler & his mom:Â We snuck them away for some sunset portraits for about five minutes.
It was such a nice evening that lots of guests enjoyed the sunset out on the patio. This was definitely a dancing crowd & it also helped that the DJs were fun & got involved: Marcus & John from JL Entertainment.
These two adorable people won the anniversary dance for longest married couple at the reception.
And they gave a bit of advice to the newlyweds. He said, “Listen to her.” 🙂
It’s kind of hard to avoid catching the garter when your buddies throw you onto it. . .
And we’re so glad they did because this silliness happened with the garter replacement.
Jamie & Tyler, it was an absolute pleasure being part of your wedding day! Your families are so fun & kind, and the entire day was beautiful! We wish you a lifetime of love, health, and happiness together! 🙂
