Natalie & Trent’s wedding day was a special one for us to shoot because they’re our friends. Trent and I went to Crestview from kindergarten through graduation together & Josh has known Trent since they were really young because their families used to go camping together. Actually, Trent was there at Mark’s Landing the night Josh & I met. ๐ Then Natalie entered the picture when we were in college. Trent and Natalie are so fun together & always love having a great time . . . and their wedding day definitely reflected that. Josh met the guys at Trent’s parents’ home. Their socks were rad.
And the groomsmen. This photo is so much win.
That’s pretty darn happy . . .
And I met Natalie and the girls at her parents’ home. Buddy was all ready for the day with his tux on!
Lovin’ those shoes! And Trent sent over a gift for Natalie while she was getting ready . . . a Tiffany bracelet with personalized charms he knew she’d love. ๐
Natalie looked GORGE in her gown. The ruffles, asymmetrical design, and customized belt were stunning.
A few moments before walking down the aisle to become a wife:
The ceremony was at St. Jude Parish in Columbiana.
We stopped by to visit Trent’s grandmother, who couldn’t make it to the wedding. Isn’t she the cutest?
Then we all headed to The Lake Club for a few bridal party photos, the bride & groom session, and PARTY TIME. (Side note: JoAnn at The Lake Club is absolutely wonderful! It was nice working with everyone there & the food was phenomenal).
When there are 25 MPH winds & the temperature is much less than cozy, it’s nice to have someone to cuddle up with. ๐
Don’t you just love how classic & beautiful red roses, black tuxes, and bowties make everything? Wait until you see their reception decor!
Beautiful Fall colors, just like their engagement photos.
Buddy made a cameo at the reception!
The Lake Club was looking absolutely lovely.
Diane Brennan made the beautiful cake.
And the cookie table was out of this world amazing. I saw a couple groomsmen sneaking into them before cocktail hour. I can’t blame them. They were hanging from the ceiling just beckoning to be eaten. ๐
The grooms cake paid tribute to the Ohio State Buckeyes.
They danced to “Better Together” by Jack Johnson.
I love seeing them so happy. ๐
Trent’s brother, Dewey, reminded everyone in his toast how his family accepted Natalie right away and now like her better than they like Trent. ๐ He also mentioned how much he admires Trent. . . I didn’t want to leave that out. ๐
Natalie’s sister, Leslie, made everyone laugh by reminding them that Trent ruined Christmas one year and that these two met at Taco Bell. At the end of her toast, she had the bridal party raise their tacos. How cute.
Dad looks pretty proud of his daughters. ๐
Hula hooping! Yay!
Then an insane amount of fun was had by all!
This even happened:
Natalie’s grandpa . . . what a stud. He danced to the Notre Dame fight song.
These two cuties won the anniversary dance with 67 years of marriage!
Natalie & her dad shared an upbeat dance together.
And Trent & his mom danced to some Boyz II Men. ๐
This photo is Trent & Natalie. I love it. They’re so goofy and fun together.
Man, that guy in the back with the beard and checkered shirt is truly trying for that garter. ๐
Natalie & Trent, thanks for allowing us to share your wedding day as photographers and friends! We wish you both a lifetime of happiness, laughs, and love. ๐
