Today’s blog will be full of love, vibrant color, joy, and timeless images. Alyssa & Chris are two of the kindest and most considerate people we’ve met! We’re really glad they met each other at the YMCA! He used to work there & she works out there. Perfect match! We loved the laid back celebratory vibe of their entire wedding day at The Lake Club of Ohio & we are happy to share a few of our favorites from their wedding day here on our blog today! 
Michele did a fabulous job on Alyssa’s hair for her big day! It was elegant and romantic. And she looked regal! Michele is really fun, too. She’s a Menning Photographic Mother of the Bride from 2015! The salon where she & her daughter do their magic is Pure Beauty in Boardman. Check them out.
Josh met the guys at The Lake Club & Chris was full of bright smiles. Come to think of it, I don’t think there are too many moments he’s not smiling. Maybe when he’s concentrating really hard on flying an airplane? Nah, he’s probably smiling up there, too! 
Alyssa got her gown at Jacqueline’s Bridal in Poland and she had lovely remarks about her bridal experience there. We aren’t surprised, though, because we always hear great things about Jacqueline’s! 
Alyssa & Chris (mostly Chris) chose not to do a First Look (i.e. see each other & take photos before the ceremony) so we made a detailed plan for the wedding day with them that allowed us to take bridesmaids photos, groomsmen photos, and separate family photos before the ceremony so the photos that they would want during the time in between the ceremony and reception would be limited and they wouldn’t feel rushed or stressed about time. Everything worked out really well! 
These ladies were so much fun & really beautiful! They made the entire wedding day a breeze & Alyssa was surrounded by positivity & laughter.
I can’t get over how STUNNING of a bride Alyssa was! Gahhhh! Her skin looks flawless. And her dress was perfect on her!
Sweet Arrangements did a fabulous job with flowers!
This color palette! Those vibrant, saturated pinks and ALL the pretty colors were divine! I can’t decide if I like more muted color palettes or more vibrant ones. I go back and forth every single wedding. But this one really had me swooning all day! 
Chris was looking dapper in his Rondinelli Tux! 
After a relaxed afternoon and lots of fun, it was finally time for Alyssa to make her grand entrance at the top of the stairs at The Lake Club! Everyone was awed…especially her groom! 
The weather could not have been more beautiful & comfortable for an outdoor wedding ceremony if they had custom ordered it from a menu.
They did it, Y’all! They’re MARRIED!
Just looking at these photos makes me smile and feel so happy for these two all over again. 
We hope and pray that 50 years from now Alyssa & Chris will look back at their wedding photos & be able to remember the way they felt that day & to say that it has gotten even better and better every single year.
Strollin’ into married life like. . . 
Their reception decor was jaw dropping. It was exactly what Alyssa envisioned.
We’ve had the pleasure of photographing lots of weddings at The Lake Club over the years & we have to give credit where credit is due! This team is amazing & JoAnn is always on top of her game on wedding days. She’s organized & amazing at her job. And the food is always on point so props to the chef.
We loved this adorable detail.
The pretty uplighting was courtesy of Damon from D&R Audio. He’s always upping his DJ game & adding new and exciting services to his repertoire.

All of the toasts were wonderful. Alyssa & Chris have a lot of people who love them very much.
These reception moments had us in tears. Being able to capture these types of emotional images is one of our favorite parts of being wedding photographers.
