Engagement session season is rolling along this Fall & we’ve been having a great time! Kelly & Joe are college sweethearts who met at Walsh University & hit it off immediately. They are romantic, fun, sweet, and real together. And they’re always up for adventure. We love that! We shared lots of laughs & told them they were cute about 78 times during their engagement session because. . . well, just look at them together! Sooooo adorable! 
We loved their chosen style for the engagement session! They both looked amazing! Jen from Sin Pretty Beauty did Kelly’s hair & makeup. Kelly wanted a minimal makeup look because she doesn’t usually wear any & Jen did a fabulous job! 
Kelly & Joe are full of joy & we laughed and laughed when they said they would be awkward together during their engagement session. They are THE furthest thing from awkward together, am I right?! We completely understand that 99% of couples feel a little bit nervous before having professional photos taken of them for an engagement session or wedding day. It’s totally natural to feel that way! I mean, you’re not pro models so this is something new. But we promise those nerves will go away quickly & we’ll have a ton of fun! Engagement sessions are so awesome for this reason because it puts you at ease in front of our cameras & then you’re all geared up for your wedding day! It also helps that we’re a husband and wife team & we always shoot together so we have a great connection with our couples.
We can’t wait to see this beautiful woman as a bride in May! Woohoo!

We also really like that they chose the Poland Library as one of their locations for their engagement photos because it fit the vibe of their stylish outfit selections really well. Great job, you two. 🙂
The sun is our friend.
And then it was time for a quick scenery change. We headed up to Mill Creek Park for a jaunt through Fellows Riverside Gardens.
They make each other so happy. I can just picture these two when they got engaged in front of Cinderella’s Castle in Disney World! Kelly said she was so surprised & excited that she freaked out a little and didn’t know what to do. All of the people around them were clapping & cheering. How stinkin’ sweet! 
All of these photos, every single one, is joyful. Love love love it!

And then we busted out the off-camera flashes for some dynamic shots! They rocked their session & we love these photos! We can’t wait for their big day in May! Justin Timberlake will say it best, “It’s gonna, gonna, gonna, gonna, gonna. . . it’s gonna be MAY!” hehe! But, seriously. It’ll be here before we know it! (Hopefully . . . because Winter is too cold- lol- but I digress).
