Cozy In-Home One Year Anniversary Session in Pittsburgh

Hi Friends! If you have been following along with our blog for any length of time then you know we’re all about edifying marriage relationships. We believe in marriage. We’re incredibly honored every time a couple chooses us to document the first day of their marriage because we recognize that it’s one of the most important days of a person’s life! It’s a privilege that so many folks trust us to do that. But what about after that first happy day full of family members & flowers & fancy rings & dancing & “I dos”? That’s when the marriage- in all of its complexity- truly unfolds. And we firmly believe that a marriage can be the most profound & beautiful blessing in a person’s life. Marriages comprised of intentionality are the strongest. Married couples who aren’t scared to be vulnerable, who make each other laugh, who dream about their future together often, & who are willing to sacrifice for one another are the ones who will thrive. Marriage is beautiful & deserves to be documented. . . not just on the first shiny day, but during the everyday. Because if you think about it, marriage is a celebration of the seemingly mundane, a “we’re in this together” mentality, a reassurance that you have a person who loves you- who sees you at your best & your worst- and chooses you day in and day out for the rest of forever. So dance in the kitchen, cuddle on the couch, steal kisses when the other person least expects you to, surprise him with his favorite fancy dinner on a weeknight, treat her to a spa day, read together on a blanket in the park, pick up spontaneously & go somewhere you’ve never been, hold hands as you stroll through your neighborhood walking your dog, spend an extra hour in bed on a Saturday morning after you wake up, listen to the little things she says & surprise her with a date night including her new interests, ask how his day was & truly listen. . . eat, drink, & be married. . . toast to the little things & the big things. And have it professionally documented because why the heck wouldn’t you?! It’s your marriage! It deserves to be celebrated.in-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghin-home anniversary session pittsburghJamie & Nick, thank you both for inviting us into your beautiful home to document your one year anniversary so intimately.
