We get to share an absolutely amazing wedding day with you all today between two of the happiest & fun loving people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. Erin & Matt enjoyed a glorious wedding day because they were looking forward to their marriage & they were surrounded by their closest family members & friends. It also didn’t hurt that they’re madly in love, the weather was gorgeous, & everything about their day went so well. (Thank you, Erin, for trusting us with the details of your wedding day timeline and for taking our advice! We truly appreciate that!) Without further ado, let’s see some wedding day photos. 🙂
Happiest bride ever? She’s definitely in the running! The ladies were at Panache Salon in Boardman for hair & makeup.Josh was with the guys at Erin & Matt’s new home. The Dutch Village Inn was the place for getting into gowns.I had so much fun with this sweet & fun bridal party! When it was time for Erin & Matt’s first look, I was getting goosebumps. These two are so incredible together & it’s inspiring to see how much fun they have together & how huge their smiles are when they’re with one another.
Because of their first look & their AWESOME wedding day timeline, they got a TON of bride & groom portraits!Don’t they just look like they were absolutely made for one another?!Matt’s sense of humor is pretty goofy & Erin soaks it up, laughing her little giggle that lights up her face & makes her eyes sparkle.Their wedding ceremony was extra special because it was performed by Erin’s brother-in-law.Josh had a unique perspective for the first kiss.Ha! Love it.As I write this a couple of weeks after the wedding day, Erin’s little niece may just be here (her Matron of Honor sister is far left with her downright adorable baby bump). Oh, and florist shout out- Jenny at The Willows by Wehr made those BEAUTIFUL bouquets! I can’t even stand this cuteness!Stunning bride wearing her dress from Jacqueline’s Bridal! And boys being boys.Gosh, their happiness is simply infectious! And that bouquet- Jenny does flowers like no one else!I squealed (honestly) when she said she’d lay on the ground! There’s only one or two weddings a year that happens! Dry late Summer for the win!Real moments > posed shots. Every.Time.Checkerboard Cheesecake made this beaut. This photo has a back story. We talked with Erin & Matt before the wedding day about going out for sunset photos & they built that into their timeline. But when we saw the sun start to set it honestly wasn’t that impressive so we were thinking about not going out. We kept peeking outside to see what was going on & then we saw the color starting to emerge in the evening sky, grabbed Erin & Matt, and hurried out to a great spot to grab THIS image. To say we’re glad we went outside is an understatement.
We should’ve known; there are almost always amazing sunsets when we shoot at The Links at Firestone Farms!Erin & her momma shared a dance. Then it was party time & everyone brought their A-game! We saw some great moves. My goodness, what a wonderful and amazing wedding day! We couldn’t be happier for you, Erin & Matt! Enjoy marriage, your new home, and the fun & adventure that comes along with it all. Thanks again for choosing us to capture such important memories!
And we also wanted to give a quick shout out to Jet Wedding Videography whom we worked with during this lovely wedding day. They were so fun to work with & we’re so happy we finally got to meet them! Their work is great- check ’em out.
