Josh & I would like to introduce you to the newest member of our family. She is seven weeks old, weighs two pounds, and is a pretty, little brindle pug puppy! Her name is:
She’s named after Punky Brewster. When I was little in the 80s, I watched that show & dressed up like Punky all of the time so my family started calling me Punky. My G-ma, Tata, and Dad still call me that. Hopefully it won’t get too confusing with little Punky the Pug around. 😉
She put us through the puppy parent ringer last night. We were awake at 1:00 a.m., 3:30 a.m., and 6:15 a.m. She even [how do I say this without attracting really strange S P A M commenters to our blog?] went numero dos on my lap on the drive home from Cincinnati last night. All in a day’s puppy love. 🙂
We love her so much already! Big brother Norris is still getting used to her being around, but we know they’ll love each other. We’ll post tons of  photos of Norris & Punky as she grows so watch the blog, Facebook, & Twitter!
