Abby & Corey Engagement Session Part 2 | Robb Farm | Youngstown, OH Engagement Photography

We met Abby & Corey for Part II of their engagement session since the first time we met them for their engagement session at Beaver Creek it started lightning & raining halfway through. You can see those adorable photos with their little puppy, Nala, HERE. Leading up to the engagement session Part II, the weather was questionable. We also had a free day the following day, and the weather report was calling for blue skies and sunshine, but we decided to brave the cloudy, threatening skies, and we are SO GLAD we did! You’ll see why . . .
We met them at a farm I love. Reasons I love that farm: there’s a pale yellow barn (it’s the only pale yellow barn I’ve ever seen & it’s beautiful), there are long lines of fence, the inside of the yellow barn is restored & stunning, and the owner of the farm is a pretty freakin’ fantastic girl. 🙂

At this point, it was starting to drizzle & the sun was beautifully shining its rays down from between foreboding clouds. I said, “I bet there will be a rainbow.” While I was shooting these photos under the overhang of this barn, Josh went & scoped out the area. Sure enough, there was a RAINBOW! 🙂 The rain stopped very briefly & we hurried over to where the rainbow was.
Awesome. Thank you, God. 🙂

This photo has so much cuteness in it I don’t know where to start: the adorable horses sneaking a peek at the cute couple or the fact that Abby has to get on her tip toes to kiss Corey? 🙂
At this point, the rain really started coming down. Good thing we had a pretty, rustic barn to take cover in. Josh brought in the lights & set them up for some fun, cozy barn photos while I took the next few with natural light coming in through the doorway.
