Kelly & Mitch are extremely cute together. You’ll see. . . We met them on what seemed like the busiest day ever at Mill Creek Park. Being photographers based in the Mahoning Valley, we are, of course, at Mill Creek Park very often. It’s a beautiful place for photographs and permits/payments are not required. We’re very blessed by that park. The day of their engagement session was so busy, though! They didn’t seem to care . . . they just kept their eyes on each other. ๐
If you follow our work, it’s no secret we have a thing for willow trees. They’re graceful, beautiful, photogenic, even seemingly magical. We chose to have a willow tree in our own engagement photos. We even planted two in our yard this year. ๐ When Kelly stated, “Hey, let’s go to the elephant tree,” we giggled and asked, “Do you mean the willow tree?” It was cute. She said she had been coming to Mill Creek Park with her grandparents since she was a little girl & she’d always called the huge willow tree in the middle of Fellows Riverside Garden “the elephant tree.” Come to think of it, it does look like an elephant. ๐
Whatever you call the tree, Kelly & Mitch look great underneath it.
Fall engagement sessions = amazing BOOTS! Yay!
These two met in college. Go Golden Flashes!
Fall colors & total cuteness? Win, win.
Cleveland Browns fans: loyal, long-suffering, and non-band wagon jumpers. I’d say that’s a great person to marry. ๐ (We’re Browns fans, too, so we know all about it).
Thanks for a fun & laughter-filled evening, Kelly & Mitch! We’re excited for your July 2014 wedding!
