Angella & Dan are SO right for each other. Anyone in their presence can witness this fact. That’s one of the reasons their wedding day was so fantastic to be a part of. Another reason is that Angella & Dan are each so much fun in their own right. Josh had a blast with Dan & I laughed a lot with Angella. I met her and her girls at A Sense of Eden Salon in Bridgewater, PA. The stylists there did a wonderful job & the bride had a great time. Her bridesmaids got a kick out of her “George Washington” style she had going while the look was in progress.

While I was with the ladies, Josh was with the fellas. 🙂 They were at Angella’s & Dan’s place getting ready for the day.

Dan’s (& now Angella’s) daughter is below left. She is SUCH a pretty little girl.
Angella’s & Dan’s ceremony & reception took place at The Gathering Place at Darlington Lake. Might I just say that this location is GORGEOUS & the owners are the kind of people you do not often meet; they’re out-of-this-world kind, generous, and thoughtful. We wholeheartedly recommend this venue!
Angella was a happy, beautiful bride! She got her gorgeous dress at Elizabeth Renea’s in Salem.
Because their ceremony & reception were at the same venue & they wanted lots of photos together, they chose to do a first look prior to the ceremony. It’s a reallyÂ good thing they did because the weather forced us all inside from the time just prior to the ceremony until halfway through the reception when the sun was already down. If they wouldn’t have opted for a first look, they wouldn’t have gotten any outdoor photos. We’re so glad they did because you can just see the love they have for each other shine through!

Although we were many yards away zooming in with our telefoto lenses to give these two a more private, intimate first moment together, I could hear Dan say, “Oh MY!” the moment he saw Angella.

They’re so happy!
Just after this shot, it started raining. Thankfully, we got these photos in, but the rain meant that the ceremony had to be inside. Although it was Plan B, everything worked out great & Angella & Dan were married . . . that was the goal of the day, and it was accomplished. 😀

The ceremony was full of smiles & heartfelt emotions.

There were toasts from the best man, Dan’s brother, and the Maid of Honor, Angella’s sister.
The pretty cake from Clarencedale Cake was hacked into. 😉

And these two married people enjoyed a dance together.
I like that you can see Alexys watching her daddy dance with Angella in this one.

This father-daughter dance was a tear-jerker.
Angella is from Missouri. She moved to Ohio for work, which is where she met Dan. She’s still extremely close with her family, although she doesn’t get to see them as often now that she lives states away. Her mom told me that she and her sister are both daddy’s girls, and that definitely shines through in these photos.
Alexys and Dan also shared a dance together. She’s a daddy’s girl, too.

After the rain let up, the party moved outside onto the deck. Their DJ, Mark Anthony, did a great job playing just the music Angella & Dan wanted!
Angella’s parents- they (and Dan’s parents) have been married 34 years. Congrats!

Dan took the opportunity to dance with his soon-to-be brother-in-law. Angella’s sister is getting married in Missouri in December.
