A COLD late Autumn morning. Mist, frost, and shivers. A beautiful girl. A handsome boy. Here are a few of the images that resulted:
The temp was somewhere near 30. They were troopers.


These two live in Chicago. Marlena had mentioned in passing that she wanted to see a certain show. Michael remembered. He took her to that show. They walked around the city. They went on a horse and carriage ride.  Everything was romantic and beautiful. Then Michael asked Marlena to marry him. I think you can guess what her answer was. 😉


Their personalities complement each other so well.
We had to edit out a few goosebumps here and there…it was quite chilly. But that just meant that they got to snuggle closer.



We left Lanterman’s Mill and headed to the Cinderella Bride. Hello, Chemistry:

Marlena, you will be one glowing bride!



Fall was our friend that day, for sure. 🙂  Brides-to-be: a pop of bright color like Marlena’s scarf adds visual interest to a photo without being ostentatious.


Michael and Marlena, we enjoyed freezing our tootsies off with you during your e-sesh! Thanks for being so tough and for being amazing models!
